Lufthansa reveals images of new Business Class seat

Lufthansa has officially released exclusive preview images of its reimagined Business Class seat, set to debut on its state-of-the-art Boeing 777X (777-9) fleet.

This innovative cabin layout features a sophisticated staggered configuration, alternating between 1-2-1 and 1-1-1 seating. Every passenger enjoys direct aisle access, while the coveted central “throne” seats provide an elevated sense of seclusion and personal space.

The latest digital renderings showcase a detachable touchscreen tablet nestled in the seat’s side console, empowering travelers to seamlessly manage both seat functions and the enhanced inflight entertainment suite. The high-definition main screens are now significantly larger than those found on Lufthansa’s previous Business Class generation.

According to Lufthansa, the new seat architecture incorporates an ergonomically designed shoulder comfort zone, thoughtfully engineered for optimal support—particularly appreciated by side sleepers.
