This strategic relocation is designed to optimize transfer efficiency and elevate the overall travel experience for Iberia’s discerning clientele, particularly those connecting to British Airways flights.
All Iberia departures and arrivals are now exclusively handled at Terminal 5, streamlining connections for passengers transferring between Iberia and British Airways, both leading members of International Airlines Group (IAG). American Airlines continues its established operations from Terminal 3, ensuring clear delineation for oneworld alliance travelers.
Iberia’s dedicated check-in facilities are conveniently located in Zone B of Terminal 5.
Travelers will find six staffed counters, numbered B10 through B16, where they can complete check-in formalities, check baggage, print boarding passes, and receive personalized support from Iberia’s ground staff. The airline maintains robust services for travelers requiring special assistance, including those with limited mobility and unaccompanied minors. Premium amenities such as Fast Track security and exclusive airport lounges remain available. Business Class passengers, along with Iberia Plus Oro, Platino, and Infinita elite members, enjoy access to four sophisticated VIP lounges: the First Lounge Terminal, British Airways Galleries North Club Lounge, Galleries South Club Lounge, and Galleries Club Lounge—each offering a tranquil, elevated pre-flight experience.
