Available through the airline’s intuitive chat interface at etihad.com, this tool is located in the ‘Get In Touch’ segment of the Help section. By navigating to the Travel Guidelines and Transit Information menu in the chat, guests can answer a brief set of prompts and instantly receive a tailored checklist of all necessary travel documents, including visa details, ticket regulations, and up-to-date health protocols for their journey.
