Emirates has improved the service and onboard offerings – and the airline’s new changes will elevate the in-flight experience in all classes onboard.
First Class passengers can finally look forward to ordering and enjoying drinks at the bar. Emirates world-famous «lounge» on their Airbus A380 is re-opened. The lounge will have limited seating capacity and will abide by strict social distance protocols.
The bar will continue to serve wines, spirits, soft drinks and others as before. On the other hand, snacks are pre-packed, similar to a grab and go concept so that passengers can easily take and enjoy it at the comfort of their own seat. Plus, social areas in Business Class on selected Boeing 777 aircraft will also resume.
First Class travellers can once again look forward to showering again at 40,000 feet in Emirates’ fantastic A380 shower spa. A set of luxury spa products from the award-winning and sustainable Irish VOYA brand is offered in individual amenity bags to each customer.
If this was not enough, Emirates signature food experience will return onboard on 1 November. Passengers in all classes will be able to choose multi-course meals and any free drink. For example, Business Class travellers can choose between 6 wines including port and champagne, while First Class passengers have a staggering selection of 11 wines, including dessert wine, port and Dom Perignon champagne.
In these turbulent times, the airline already offers passengers an amenity kit with hygiene products, including facial mask and sanitizers. In addition, all passengers have additional COVID-19 insurance for flights until 31 December 2020 under the airline’s «travel with confidence» programme.
