Emirates - only the finest Champagnes will do

Emirates, the Dubai-based airline now claims to be the only global commercial international airline serving Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon Champagnes at altitude, in what the airline has dubbed ‘taste the stars.’

The three exceptional Champagne marques have agreed to exclusivity with the airline until 2024 — and despite a current world shortage of Champagne, Emirates customers will receive a selection of some of the world’s most respected wines.

The airline has an association of over thirty years serving Moët Hennessy Champagne to its passengers, expertly presented at the perfect temperature by the dedicated cabin crew.

Today, customers in First Class on all global routes are served Dom Pérignon, while Veuve Clicquot is served to Business Class customers on routes to the UK, Europe, and the Americas. Business Class customers travelling on routes to the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, including Australasia, can savour the delights of Moët & Chandon, which is also available to purchase in economy class cabins.

Emirates has invested heavily in launching new services and initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Not least, making the largest investment in vintage wines than any other airline — many procured years before they are ready to be consumed and sometimes before they are bottled. The airline also has a wine cellar in France, housing around 6 million bottles of fine wines, some of which will not be ready for tasting until 2035.
