Emirates has expanded its Chauffeur-drive service to include Business Class passengers in Hong Kong.
This enhancement to Emirates' premium service now offers both First and Business Class customers a seamless, door-to-door travel experience, aligning with the airline's in-flight offerings and unique products.
This service, complimentary for Emirates' premium customers, allows travellers to select from a variety of luxury vehicles for their trips to and from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), including the Mercedes Benz S-Class or the fully electric BMW i7. However, the service does not cover certain restricted areas such as Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Park Island, Huang Guang Control Point, and Shenzhen Bay Port.
Upon landing at HKIA, passengers will be escorted from the Arrival Hall to their pre-booked vehicles. For departures, passengers are required to book their pickup at least 3 hours before their flight. Bookings for the Chauffeur-drive service can be made at least 12 hours in advance via the Emirates website under “Manage My Booking".
