Cathay Pacific says its introducing the Aria Suite into its Boeing 777-300ER fleet sometime this year. There will also be a new Premium Economy cabin.
The Aria Suite in Business Class features privacy door, a large lie-flat bed, 24-inch 4K widescreen TV, wireless charging station, customisable lighting and tailored storage for travel essentials. The suites will be configured in a reverse herringbone pattern & in a 1-2-1 formation.
The new Premium Economy cabin boasts more personal space, a 4K widescreen TV with Bluetooth audio pairing.
The cabins were due to be installed this year on a fleet of new Boeing 777-900s, but the delivery date from Boeing has been pushed back. Cathay decided to introduce the cabins into its existing 777-300s by the end of year to rival its peers that already feature suites with privacy doors and lie-flat beds.
