British Airways’ New “Super-Soft” Business Class Bedding

British Airways has redefined comfort in the sky for business class travelers by introducing exclusive bedding and amenity kits from The White Company. This distinguished partnership is now fully implemented on the airline’s Sydney route, offering Club World passengers a serene and restorative journey between London Heathrow Terminal 5 and Australia.

During our recent review, we found that each Club World suite features a plush day cushion that seamlessly transitions to lumbar support, enhancing ergonomic comfort for both work and rest.

These enhancements are part of British Airways’ ongoing £600 million (approximately $860 million) investment in the Club World experience. The airline has also rolled out a refined dining concept, inspired by contemporary restaurants, allowing travelers to choose from a curated menu of chef-prepared dishes and desserts, elegantly presented on modern serveware and delivered via elegant display trolleys.

The White Company’s bedding collection envelops passengers in luxury, with oversized, cloud-soft pillows encased in dual-sided covers—one in sophisticated grey, the other in crisp white cotton. A woven blanket with a satin border and a meticulously crafted duvet provide warmth and comfort, while a quilted mattress topper ensures a truly restful sleep at altitude.

The bespoke amenity kits, designed exclusively for Club World, arrive in a stylish bag and feature products from The White Company’s acclaimed ‘Restore & Relax Spa Collection.’ The kit includes a sumptuous jersey eye mask and carefully selected skincare essentials, elevating the onboard wellness experience.

Since launching this collaboration in Club World, British Airways has consistently been recognized for raising the bar in premium long-haul service, with The White Company amenities now a hallmark on flagship routes such as London–New York and London–Sydney.
