All Nippon Airways (ANA) has unveiled a refreshed wine program, introducing 62 distinguished wines sourced from 15 countries, underscoring its commitment to a world-class inflight experience. ANA’s wine cellar has garnered international recognition for its exceptional curation.
The latest collection was meticulously chosen over a rigorous six-month evaluation, led by acclaimed experts including Olivier Poussier (World’s Best Sommelier 2000) and Satoru Mori, Executive Sommelier at Conrad Tokyo. This expert panel blind-tasted nearly 2,000 wines, narrowing their selection to 62 bottles that best complement the ANA onboard dining experience and reflect the sophisticated palates of global travelers.
"At ANA, we believe that culinary excellence is central to the passenger journey, and our sommelier team’s discerning approach mirrors the innovation of our renowned partner chefs," commented Hideki Kunugi, Executive Vice President. "With celebrated vintages spanning Europe, Australia, North America, and Japan, our guests can expect an extraordinary wine list tailored to diverse tastes. Our dedication to perfecting every detail of the onboard experience is reflected in this new wine selection." First Class guests can indulge in rare and prestigious offerings, including Bordeaux’s Château Cos d’Estournel (2nd Grand Cru Classé), hand-picked Japanese wines, and the legendary Champagne Krug Grande Cuvée. Business Class now features an expanded portfolio, including premium Port and the acclaimed Skuttlebutt Sauvignon Blanc Semillon from Western Australia—celebrating ANA’s growing Australian network. For Premium Economy and Economy Class on international routes, ANA continues its partnership with master sommelier Olivier Poussier for a bespoke label under "THE CONNOISSEURS," a crowd favorite since its introduction and now available in its second release. These enhancements reflect ANA’s ongoing pursuit of excellence, integrating the world’s finest wines to elevate comfort and sophistication for every passenger.
