ANA enhances its sake offerings onboard & in lounges

From March 1st, All Nippon Airways will be treating its First Class and Business Class passengers to 34 brands of sake - both inflight and in its premium lounges. Thus far, Japan's largest airline has only served 8 brands.

The sake will be available in First Class and Business Class on ANA international flights, in premium class on domestic flights and at "ANA SUITE LOUNGE" for both international and domestic flights and at "ANA LOUNGE" for international flights.

This is the first time that ANA has changed its sake menu since March 2020. The new offerings are a diverse selection of Japanese sake, including rare brands that will satisfy avid Japanese sake connoseuieres, as well as brands that offer a variety of flavours for overseas customers and first-time Japanese sake customers.

Yasuyuki Kitahara, ANA's sake advisor and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of Conrad Tokyo, evaluated and tasted 207 nominated sake brands to make the final selections.

ANA operates a total of 82 international routes and 118 domestic routes. ANA also flies in and out of Tokyo's two major airports: Narita and Haneda.
