The menu draws inspiration from New Zealand's rich heritage and diverse culinary treasures, blending indigenous flavors with contemporary cuisine.
The new menu is only available accessible in the Business Premier cabins and will be served on all long-haul flights departing from New Zealand - including those bound for destinations including New York and Chicago.
Among the mouthwatering options are the Superfood Salad featuring horopito dusted New Zealand salmon, Creamy Kawakawa mushrooms on rye toast with sautéed spinach and grilled tomatoes, Ahia smoked moki on kawakawa blini, and grass-fed New Zealand lamb rump with a horopito rub.
The airline has collaborated closely with well-known local suppliers, incorporating a plethora of New Zealand-grown produce into the menu.
