Air France takes premium dining to new heights

Air France continues to redefine luxury travel by unveiling an impressive ensemble of seventeen renowned chefs to curate its premium cabin and lounge menus in 2025.

This year’s chef roster welcomes celebrated talents including Amandine Chaignot (one Michelin star), Mauro Colagreco (three Michelin stars), Thierry Marx (two Michelin stars), Angelo Musa, and Olivier Perret. They join a legendary lineup featuring Anne-Sophie Pic (ten Michelin stars), acclaimed Chef François Adamski, Alain Ducasse (holding a record 21 Michelin stars), and Guy Martin (three Michelin stars), ensuring every dish is a masterpiece of French gastronomy.

For long-haul departures from Paris, guests traveling in La Première and Business Class will enjoy exclusive, rotating menus crafted by Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Lallement, Régis Marcon, Anne-Sophie Pic, Emmanuel Renaut, and Michel Roth. The culinary program is further enhanced by the creative input of Mauro Colagreco and Thierry Marx, each bringing their signature flair to the table.

On medium-haul flights within Europe, Business Class travelers can look forward to inventive lunch and dinner menus throughout the year from Bocuse d'Or laureate François Adamski, whose contemporary approach to French classics remains a highlight.

Air France’s commitment to global culinary excellence is underscored by its partnerships with international chefs like Julien Royer, the triple Michelin-starred visionary behind La Première and Business Class menus on flights departing Singapore.

Recently, Air France has elevated the guest experience in its Paris–Charles de Gaulle airport lounges by introducing gourmet selections from Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse, François Adamski, and rising star Chloé Charles. In the flagship long-haul lounges at Terminal 2E—halls K, L, and M—travelers can savor refined cuisine by Ducasse Paris, including the innovative ‘Burgal,’ a plant-based, locally sourced creation that offers a nutritious alternative to the traditional hamburger.
