Air France - new gourmet cuisine in Paris CDG lounges and unveils new long-haul amenity kits

Air France passengers can now experience new gourmet menus created by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse, multi-award-winning Chef François Adamski, and talented young chef Chloé Charles at its Paris–Charles de Gaulle airport lounges. The long-haul lounges at Terminal 2E – halls K, L and M – can now enjoy haute cuisine created by Ducasse Paris. This includes the new ‘Burgal’ dish – an entirely vegetarian, healthy alternative to traditional hamburgers made from locally sourced French cereals and vegetables.

The ‘Burgal’ is compatible with all dietary needs and comprises a vegan brioche bun around a vegetable and legume patty with spicy vegan mayonnaise and pickles and an aubergine caviar condiment. Other dishes include a salad with a signature dressing featuring unrefined produce and seasonings with no added fat or sugars and an exclusive chocolate praline pastry dessert.

Guests of the short-and medium-haul lounge in Terminal 2F will soon enjoy an exclusive cuisine collaboration between Bocuse d’Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France winner François Adamski and a gifted chef at the forefront of responsible catering - Chloé Charles.
