From 11th June Air France will providing a new concierge service at Paris-Charles de Gaulle to enhance customer experience throughout their airport journey. These services will be available for all Air France flights and those operated in partnership with other airlines. They can be paid for with Flying Blue points or by credit/debit card.
Air France Conciergerie will offer passengers in Business Class and Premium Economy a variety of optional services designed to provide an exclusive, smooth, and stress-free airport experience.
Departure Services:
Private Transfer - Customers can opt for a private transfer to the airport - for journeys within a 40 kilometre radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
Concierge Assistance - Upon arrival at the terminal, a concierge will assist passengers.
Porter Service - A porter will handle baggage to a dedicated check-in counter.
Priority Lanes - Assistance through priority lanes to the lounge (for eligible customers) and to the boarding gate.
Arrival Services:
Meet and Assist: A concierge will meet customers at the aircraft door and guide them through priority lanes.
Baggage Assistance: After baggage collection, customers will be escorted to their dedicated private transfer vehicle - for journeys within a 40 kilometre radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
Connecting Flights:
Transfer Service - Passengers will be escorted from the jetway to the lounge (for eligible customers) and then to the next flight’s boarding gate via priority lanes.
For non-eligible customers, access to one of Air France's lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle can be added as an extra option during departure or between flights. When it's time to board, they will be accompanied from the lounge to their gate.
These services can be booked today for flights from 11th June at airfrance.fr or by telephone, up to 18 hours before departure.
