This elevated offering spans all Air France-operated flights, as well as select partner airline departures, and is available for purchase using Flying Blue miles or major credit and debit cards.
The Air France Conciergerie is crafted for Business Class and Premium Economy guests, delivering a suite of à la carte amenities designed to ensure a seamless, private, and luxurious airport journey.
Departure Privileges:Private Chauffeur: Opt for a chauffeured transfer to Paris-Charles de Gaulle from any location within a 40-kilometre radius, arriving in comfort and style.Personalized Welcome: On arrival at the terminal, a dedicated concierge greets and assists you.Porter Service: Allow expert porters to manage your baggage, delivering it directly to a priority check-in desk.Expedited Access: Enjoy fast-track passage through premium lanes to the Air France lounge (subject to eligibility) and onward to your boarding gate.
Arrival Enhancements:Meet & Greet: Be welcomed at the aircraft door by your concierge, who will escort you through fast-track immigration and security.Baggage Handling: Porter assistance continues post-arrival, guiding you to your private transfer vehicle for destinations within 40 kilometres of the airport.
Seamless Transfers:Connection Support: For those with connecting flights, concierges will accompany you from the jetway to the lounge (where accessible) and efficiently onward to your next departure gate, utilizing priority lanes throughout.
Travelers not eligible for complimentary lounge access may purchase entry as an add-on during departure or while in transit. When boarding commences, your concierge will escort you from the lounge directly to your gate, ensuring a continuous premium experience.
