Air Canada moves to T3 in Dubai

Air Canada has officially transitioned its Dubai International Airport operations from Terminal 1 to the ultra-modern Terminal 3, a move designed to elevate convenience and comfort for premium travelers.

This strategic shift deepens the collaboration between Air Canada and Emirates, enabling passengers to enjoy seamless connections without needing to change terminals. For those flying in Air Canada's Signature Class, exclusive check-in and dedicated baggage drop are now available in the same Business and First Class reception area as Emirates, while Premium Economy guests can use the main entrance facilities for swift processing.

Signature Class passengers and qualified Aeroplan Elite members now benefit from complimentary access to Emirates’ renowned Business Class Lounge in Terminal 3, well known for its refined culinary offerings and tranquil spaces.

Since 2022, Air Canada and Emirates have expanded their codeshare network to encompass 42 international routes, enhanced their interline cooperation, and introduced reciprocal frequent flyer benefits, allowing travelers to earn and redeem points across both carriers. The two airlines have also synchronized their cargo operations and bolstered capacity at their respective hubs. Air Canada continues to maintain a close partnership with flydubai, Emirates’ sister airline, to further broaden connectivity.

Emirates currently operates a daily Boeing 777 service between Montreal and Dubai, while Air Canada has launched direct flights between Vancouver and Dubai, offering four non-stop departures each week. These developments underscore both airlines’ commitment to providing robust North American connections via Dubai.
