Qatar Airways has four options when booking a Business Class ticket. It starts at Business Lite, then Classic, Comfort and the highest level, Business Elite. Each level offers better perks and more points. To some destinations, you can earn your Gold Card with a Business Comfort ticket (Arlanda to Cape Town, for instance) but you will definitely earn Gold with every return Business Elite ticket. If you opt for Business Lite and Classic and most Comfort tickets, you will only receive a Silver Card.
If you do not live in the Nordics or Poland:
If you are travelling from another location, London for instance, you can fly to Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Warsaw and then take advantage of this Qatar Airways offer. You must book separate tickets however - one from your home destination to the Nordics or Poland and then the main one on Qatar Airways to your final destination.
Status Challenge
