Latvian national airline airBaltic next year plans to open new hub outside the Baltic states, BNS learned from the company representatives. airBaltic said that the new hub will help the company to expand its operations and return to profit. "The new hub will not affect operations of its main hub in Riga that will continue to offer flights to more than 70 destinations across the world. Also next year the airline will get eight more new Airbus A220-300 aircraft, ensuring further growth of the company," airBaltic representatives said. The company did not elaborate on the new hub, just said that more information will follow in the coming weeks.

De måste nog finna jobb till de A220-300 som finns i flottan och några till är väl på väg in om jag inte missminner mig.

Jag låter fantasin jobba och tänker på GOT
Vet inte om A220-300 får flyga på Bromma, ett par turer per dag med jetflyg skulle nog slå undan benen på BRA på
GOT-BMA.
Sedan finns det säkert destinationer som en eller två maskiner skulle kunna flyga från/till GOT under dagen.
London skulle kunna vara en sådan destination, Paris, Malaga, Barcelona skulle jag kunna tänka mig men detta är bara spekulationer från mig

Tänker att AirBaltic kan tänka sig en hub lagom mellan Europa och Euroasien och Mellanöstern. Redan idag flyger dom ju till Dubai, Tblisi osv

Vet inte om A220-300 får flyga på Bromma, ett par turer per dag med jetflyg skulle nog slå undan benen på BRA på
GOT-BMA.

Med tanke på att Malmö Aviation på sin tid beställde både CS100 och CS300 från Bombardier så antar jag att även den större typen är (eller kan bli) godkänd på Bromma. Om inte Airbus modifierat något så att det inte längre skulle vara möjligt….
