The Hay-Adams

Built in Italian Renaissance style, this historic luxury hotel was opened in 1928 and is located in downtown Washington D.C. The Hay Adams offers the understated comfort and elegance of a private home with unrivalled views of Lafayette Park, the Washington Monument and – most famously – The White House. Featuring a variety of 145 rooms and suites – guests have a choice of double, queen and king-sized beds but all guestrooms feature Italian linens and original details such as ornate plaster mouldings, high ceilings and walnut panelling. All guest bathrooms are finished in Italian marble with brass fixtures and amenities by the Italian classic - Acqua di Parma. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available throughout the property. The Fitness studio has a treadmill, elliptical machine, cycles, and strength training equipment.

The Lafayette Room - with its elegant folding French doors and sparkling chandeliers offers contemporary American Cuisine in a fine dining experience - under the watchful eye of chef Nicolas Legret. The Jefferson is an elegant 1920’s property with just 166 rooms. It is located across the street from the National Geographic Museum and just four blocks from The White House. Originally an apartment building, a 2-year renovation saw it open as an elegant boutique hotel in 2009. The Jefferson Hotel 


All-day dining is available under the historic skylight ceiling of The Greenhouse, a bright and airy space – an ideal location for the first meal of the day.  Quill Bar and Lounge is open for dinner and cocktails and serves a small menu of light and varied dishes, Plume at the Jefferson is the only “five star” rated restaurant in Washington D.C. Open 24-hours the state-of-the-art fitness centre features Peloton, elliptical, treadmill and TRX equipment.
