The Earth Suite for instance has been designed to showcase new, sustainable design, the Residential Suite offers a home away from home ambiance and the Universal Penthouse is located on two floors linked by a grand, sweeping walnut, steel and plaster staircase. The largest however is the 129 square metre Shamballa Master Suite, monochromatically designed by the Danish luxury brand, Shamballa Jewels. Villa Copenhagen offers a range of facilities to enhance guests' experiences including a fitness centre allowing guests to maintain their exercise routines, a tranquil courtyard providing a peaceful oasis for relaxation and a heated, 25 metre rooftop pool offering breathtaking views of the city. There is also a Terrace Bar for refreshments and a sauna. 

When it comes to eating and drinking, there are several choices including Kontrast, Villa Copenhagen's signature restaurant, a cosmopolitan brasserie that celebrates sustainable and locally sourced ingredients, the Courtyard Bar bathed in light from an overhead glass ceiling for light bites and drinks and T37, a wine and cocktail bar with bar snacks. Breakfast is taken in the former sorting room of the Post & Telegraph Office with a buffet of seasonal, sustainable and local delights with breads and pastries from the hotel’s inhouse RUG Bakery, a perfect meeting spot for both guests and locals alike.
