The property has two dining outlets. At TOCA, traditional Italian dishes are prepared with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in collaboration with chef Oliver Glowig. It is also home to Canada’s only Cheese Cave. The Ritz Bar operates as a café in the mornings and as a cocktail bar in the evening with signature drinks and nitrogen martinis paired with bar snacks and desserts, as well as its daily afternoon tea service – Simplici'tea'. Spa My Blend by Clarins was built under the expertise of Dr Olivier Courtin, who believed skin tells one’s emotional and physical story. The Champagne Nail Bar brings a touch of glam to its classic services. Also featured are 16 treatment rooms, an aroma-infused vitality pool, and relaxation lounges. Not to mention the indoor saltwater pool.
