The Mamara Park Avenue is housed within an historic 21-story building which dates back to the Roaring Twenties. Situated on a quiet corner of the Nomad neighbourhood, north of Madison Square Park and close to Grand Central Station, everything from the Empire State Building to shopping on Fifth Avenue is within easy reach. Once housing design and architectural studios, there are 128 understated suites and guest rooms including not one but three penthouses and forty suites with private terraces. Moving up the scale, there are five types of apartment style Residence when a longer stay is envisaged ranging from the Junior at 51 to 56 square metres of space right up to the 109 square metre two-bedroom residence complete with a full kitchen. The premium room stock however are the three penthouses ranging from a two bedroom at 108 square metres, the two-bedroom duplex complete with a 33 square metre private terrace right up to the three-bedroom duplex with a 139 square metre terrace, marble bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and a full kitchen with dining area for up to eight people.
