The Hazelton Hotel

A BusinessClass.com Verified Hotel

The Hazelton Hotel in trendy Yorkville was designed by internationally renowned Yabu Pushelberg. The interiors are sleek with green granite, polished wood, and silver velvet used throughout. The 77 spacious rooms and suites were furnished with the discerning traveller in mind. Sixty-five beautiful rooms and twelve exceptional suites, all evoke grandeur with a splash of 1940s Hollywood glam. Some of the unmatched qualities are the French windows and Juliette balconies, custom furnishings, and marble bathrooms with plush bathrobes. The rooms each have a work desk and lounge area.

The hotel’s ONE Restaurant is a destination in itself. Helmed by one of Canada’s leading chefs, Mark McEwan, who in addition to having his own TV show, was a judge on Top Chef Canada. Ringed with one of the hottest patios in town, it feels like an old-style private club, all dark and plush, with rich textures and snug seating nooks. Retro rusts, greens and oranges add a contemporary twist, while amber lighting, metal finishes and soft fabrics add to the ambience. The intimate Neil Young private dining room is tucked at the back of the restaurant.  At the Spa by Valmont, you have access to the renowned saltwater pool, private massages, spa amenities, and the hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness centre. The hotel offers pet grooming and walking services and is within a 5-minute walk of the Royal Ontario Museum and Queen’s Park.
