Shangri-La Bangkok is a riverside retreat on the Chao Phraya River with direct access to the BTS SkyTrain service for exploring the city.  Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 40-minute limo ride away but why not take advantage of their helipad and simply fly in, in style.
