Park Hyatt Bangkok is situated above Central Embassy, a luxury 70,000 square metre, six floor shopping mall located in the heart of downtown Bangkok, within walking distance of some of the city’s sites such as the Temple Pathumwanaram, the Erawan Shrine and The Jim Thompson House with its array of fine Thai silks. For stretching those muscles, head to the eleventh floor to either enjoy the 40-metre infinity saltwater pool surrounded by loungers, cabanas and a landscaped terraced garden or the 24/7 Fitness Centre for working out on TechnoGym equipment. The 472 square metre Panpuri Organic Spa offers a soothing oasis of tranquillity featuring eight treatment rooms including two for couples and a range of treatments using Panpuri’s range of natural and organic skincare. Other facilities include crystal-steam rooms, laconium dry heat rooms and whirlpools as well as experience showers and a relaxation lounge. 

For food and drink, the Embassy Room features a Catalan inspired menu under the toque of Chef Ferran Tadeo whilst the four story Penthouse Bar + Grill features a range of options including The Grill, a Chef’s Table with its own wine cellar, the Cocktail Bar for drinks complemented by a grill inspired cuisine, a Whiskey Room with its own dining area featuring 150 labels, the Mezzanine a private party area and the Rooftop Bar for the most amazing views over Bangkok. Other options include the Living Room for all day snacking, international and Thai favourites in an airy space decorated with art installations and the indoor / outdoor Bar for wines, draft beers, cocktails and small plates. The Living Room also features an indulgent Japanese Nara Prefecture Strawberries Afternoon Tea for something a little different.
