SAS Business Smart ej återbetalbar mot avgift längre

SAS Business Smart har varit en riktigt bra biljettyp tidigare, med biljettpriset - EUR 400 tillbaka vid avbokning. Nu verkar den tyvärr vara ett minne blott. Å andra sidan ser det ut som att SAS Business Pro har blivit lite billigare (jag kan ha fel, men mindre skillnad mellan Smart och Pro har jag en känsla av).

NEW PRICING FARE STRUCTURE ON INTERCONTINENTAL ROUTES FROM 14 NOVEMBER 2023​

On 14 November 2023, SAS will launch a new pricing fare structure on Intercontinental flights.

Why are we doing this?

SAS needs to adapt to changing market dynamics and sees a potential in adding more price points on all existing ticket types.

What are we doing?

As a first step, we are changing the penalty rules, i.e., the cancellation and rebooking rules for Plus and Business Smart products on Intercontinental flights. While the Pro product remains fully refundable and re-bookable without a fee, the Smart product will become non-refundable across all service classes.

We are also changing the Pricing Fare Structure, moving from a "hybrid" to a "horizontal" fare structure (see more details below). SAS offer more price points on all intercontinental routes across existing ticket types. To do so, SAS will expand the price points in Business Pro, Business Smart, Plus Pro, Plus Smart, Go Pro, Go Smart, Go Light. The passengers are free to choose the product they need until departure.
