Historic Hotels of Europe er en hotelkæde som består af boutiquehoteller spredt ud over Europa som alle har en en historisk betydning. Blandt hotellerne findes alt fra historiske bygninger i bymiljø til slotte og herregårde.
Hotelkæden blev skabt i 1997 med målsætningen at fremme den unikke kulturarv i Europa. I Skandinavien er kæden repræsenteret gennem Historic Hotels of Denmark, De Historiske i Norge og Countryside Hotels i Sverige.
I løbet af 2015 udvider hotelkæden med 20 nye medlemshoteller i Europa hvilket bringer det samlede antal hoteller op på knap 500. Hoteller som tilføjes findes i Frankrig, Østrig, Norge, Irland, Schweiz, Wales og Grækenland.
