Historic Hotels of Europe er en hotellkjede med en samling av boutiquehotell rundt om i Europa som alle har noen form av historisk betydning. Blant hotellene finnes alt fra historiske bygninger i bymiljø til slott og herregårder.
Hotellkjeden så dagens lys 1997 med en målsetting om å videreføre den unike kulturarven i Europa. I Skandinavia er kjeden representert gjennom Countryside Hotels i Sverige, De Historiske i Norge og Historic Hotels of Denmark i Danmark.
I løpet av inneværende år utvider de med 20 nye medlemshoteller rundt om i Europa hvilket gjør at Historic Hotels of Europe nå kommer til å ha drøyt 500 hoteller i sin portfølje. Hotellene som legges til finnes i Frankrike, Østerrike, Norge, Irland, Sveits, Wales og Hellas.
