Hi, I want to use my Amex 2 for 1 voucher and travel with my girlfriend in December 2023 for a month and spend Christmas and New Year's somewhere warm. We wanted Thailand or somewhere in Asia since we have never been, but I am struggling so much to find availability, either SAS or with Star Alliance partners. Any other route suggestions or destinations that have availability? We have enough points for business tickets and that would be the preferred way of travelling, but economy is also ok. Ideally we want to travel from CPH.

There is quite alot of availability to the US and BKK from CPH. I quickly just looked on awardfares and saw it in the beginning of December.
