SAS introducerar SMS service för försenat bagage
Den 20 maj introducerar SAS en ny SMS tjänst som låter passagerare med försenat bagage får uppdaterad status på det försenade bagaget via SMS. Det enda som krävs är att resenärens mobilnummer skrivs in i systemet, vilket görs samtidigt som väskan rapporteras vid ankomstflygplatsen. Tjänsten är kostnadsfri och kommer implementeras på alla SAS destinationer.
