SAS Europas punktligaste flygbolag - tredje året i rad
För tredje året i rad har SAS utsetts till Europas punktligaste flygbolag av den oberoende källan Flightstats. Globalt sett kom SAS på tredje plats, endast klått av de japanska flygbolagen All Nippon Airways (ANA) och Japan Airlines (JAL). 88,22% av alla SAS flygningar var i tid år 2011. Något bättre än 2010 (86,47%) men inte riktigt i klass med 2009 då 89,83% av flygningarna var i tid.
