SAS customer satisfaction index - bästa resultatet på 11 år

SAS meddelar stolt i en press release att man har kunnat notera den högsta customer satisfaction nivån på 11 år i juni månad 2011. Detta kommer samtidigt som man uppnådde en kabinfaktor på 80,6%, en beställning på 30 nya flygplan, en kostnadsbesparing på 25%, och återigen titeln som Europas mest punktliga flygbolag under juni månad. SAS VD Rickard Gustafson har all anledning att känna sig lite nöjd.
