Singapore Airlines wins World’s Best Business Class

Singapore Airlines has one the award of World’s Best Business Class in Skytrax’s World Airline Awards. Travellers from around the world annually take part in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the world’s best airlines in a number of categories.

Qatar Airways won the main accolade of World’s Best Airline, beating Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific in 2nd and 3rd, respectively. The highest ranked airline in Western Europe was Lufhansa in 12th place. British Airways came 20th.
