Marriott debuts first dual-branded property in India

Marriott International has opened its first dual-branded property in India - Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott. 

Located in Outer Ring Road, a renowned commercial hub, the property offers guests “a seamless experience with well-designed rooms and great service at an exceptional value,” a press release said. This will be the second Fairfield by Marriott hotel to open in the city, following Fairfield by Marriott at Rajaji Nagar, and the first Courtyard by Marriott.

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru - Deluxe King Room Marriott International, which has 19 brands globally, has said that the addition of a dual branded property in Bengaluru enhances the company’s ability to meet the increasing demands for business travellers in the region. Marriott has another 13 hotels in India. Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru has 170 rooms, including 134 deluxe rooms, 24 executive deluxe rooms and 12 suites. The hotel offers a “chic” all-day dining restaurant called MoMo Café, as well as the Lobby Bar for drinks.

Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru - Kava Restaurant The 169-room Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru offers all-day dining restaurant Kava, along with Kava The Bar - a "modern mood bar and lounge” that offers freshly brewed coffee in the day and cocktails in the evening. Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott also combine to offer guests a luxurious Mediterranean restaurant called BG’s. Guests staying at both hotels also have access to a common Gym, meeting rooms and swimming pool.
