Hotel Café Royal, located in London’s Soho district, is to launch a brand new collection of ten signature cocktails in collaboration with Parfums Givenchy.

Available from August 22 until the end of September, the ten new cocktails will be available in the hotel’s vibrant Green Bar. Developed by Bar Manager Derren King, the concoctions take inspiration from ten Harrods-exclusive L'Atelier de Givenchy fragrances - marrying the world of scents and flavours.

Famous for the diverse history of the building and the bohemian intellectuals who notoriously frequented Café Royal, the Green Bar is a tribute to London’s history of using botanicals in gin production and mixology. For this new collaboration, guests can expect unusual ingredients such as flamed liquorice root, tea syrups, mandarin oil or honeycomb, paired with fine botanical spirits. “Each cocktail will have its own distinct colour and unique personality and taste, reflecting the key perfume notes which are unique to the renowned Parfums Givenchy,” a statement from the hotel stated.

Cocktails will include the Chypre Caresse, a mix of Slingsby London Dry Gin with exotic aromas of freshly squeezed grapefruit, agave syrup and Peychauds Bitters, topped with Prosecco and Maraschino; Oud Flamboyant, impressively displayed with light smoke and honeycomb, with woody nuances of Nikka Coffey Grain whisky, coconut noir iced tea, Manuka honey and flash flamed cinnamon; and Iris Harmonique, a concoction of coconut-infused Ketel One Vodka, kumquat liqueur and lemon zest.

The range follows the initial Atelier cocktail collection, which launched at Hotel Cafe Royal last year, All cocktails are priced at £15 each and are also available alcohol-free.
