The 62-room Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina will reopen in Bogota on October 15, and is the first of two Four Seasons hotels that will open in the city, the second being the Four Seasons Hotel Bogota - set to open in early 2016.
Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and is located in building declared a 'monument of cultural interest' by the Columbian Ministry of Culture. Recent renovations by architect Milena Vargas have seen the property retain its French and Spanish architectural influences, while showcasing a collection of traditional and contemporary artwork selected by designer Lauren Rottet. Modern technologies and facilities have also been added to update the property.
Guest room Event spaces at the hotel include the Casa Medina Room, with a capacity of 120 guests, along with the elegantly refurbished El Nogal and La Merced rooms. Four Seasons is also introducing a new dining option at the hotel - Castanyoles Raciones y Tapas, an open concept restaurant and tapas bar that serves a Spanish-influenced menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails.
Castanyoles Raciones y Tapas Further facilities include a spa and 24-hour gym, exclusive to guests. The hotel is now accepting reservations.
