Finnair has redefined its Business Class Signature Menu program through high-profile collaborations with acclaimed chefs Steven Liu of China and Sasu Laukkonen of Finland.
Passengers traveling on Finnair’s intercontinental routes departing Helsinki can now savor premium Finnish organic ice cream from Jymy as part of the elevated onboard experience.

Chef Liu’s “When East Meets West” menu seamlessly blends classic European techniques with vibrant Asian influences, delivering inventive dishes that appeal to discerning global palates.
