Emirates is now serving Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005 and Dom Pérignon Vintage Rosé 2003 in its first class across various routes including all services to and from the UK.
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005 is Dom Pérignon’s current vintage, while Dom Pérignon Vintage Rosé 2003 was only released in April. The partnership between Emirates and Dom Pérignon has also produced a new menu designed to compliment the exclusive champagnes. The pairing menu has been developed by a team of culinary experts in collaboration with Pascal Tingaud, the two Michelin starred Chef de Cuisine at Dom Pérignon.
Joost Heymeijer, Senior Vice President of Catering at Emirates,
said: “Food and wine pairing has reached its tipping point, in that it is now an expected part of the fine dining experience. We have a likeminded partner in Dom Pérignon, who also strives to bring the dining experience to life and help elevate the rarity and richness of their product.”
