DoubleTree by Hilton - London Docklands Riverside re-opens
Located in Rotherhithe, in the heart on London’s Docklands, DoubleTree by Hilton - London Docklands Riverside has been reopened following extensive renovations and a rebrand.
Formerly 'The Hilton London Docklands Riverside', the 379 room hotel is spread over three buildings which offer impressive views of the Thames. ICA Design have renovated the interior, implementing a mix of historic maritime charm and modern comfort.

A cross-river shuttle ferry to the Canary Wharf Pier runs every ten minutes or so. The hotel also offers two expansive riverside terraces, one complete with bar and barbecue and the other a cigar terrace, and a 24-hour fitness centre. Each guestroom is designed for both business and leisure. Balconies in the rooms offer stunning views of either the London skyline or Canary Wharf and the Thames.
Queen Suite, DoubleTree by Hilton - London Docklands Riverside Key features include floating-style beds, HD TVs, nautical artwork, exposed brick walls and floor-to-ceiling silk curtains. All have a large working desk, ergonomic seating, a laptop-sized safe, tea and coffee facilities and complimentary WiFi. En-suite bathrooms are a mix of wood and marble with luxury toiletries, made with essential oils and all-natural ingredients, from London-based brand Aroma Actives. Choose a King or Queen Suite for a separate living area with an extra sofa bed and Nespresso machine. One of the hotel’s three buildings, Grade 1-listed Columbia Wharf, houses 'Restaurant Columbia’. Columbia offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Executive Chef Vernon Strachan provides a seasonal modern British menu with international influences, including signature dishes of lamb cutlets; 28 day dry-aged steak (sirloin, rib-eye and fillet); and grilled halloumi with preserved lemons and roasted vegetables.
