For the second consecutive year, Latvian airline airBaltic has been ranked as the most punctual airline by the OAG analysts, who tracked over 50 million flights during 2015.
airBaltic, who was the first airline in Europe to introduce on-time arrival guarantee in early 2009, achieved a punctuality rating of 94.4%, meaning more than 9 out of 10 airBaltic flights arrived on-time. airBaltic is followed in the top 10 by Copa Airlines, Azul, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Finnair, TAM, Austrian Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, LOT.
