Premium customers can choose between spinach and ricotta tortellini with sage butter sauce and roasted pumpkin or chicken pie with caper panko crumb. For dessert, they can order a passionfruit and mango cheesecake garnished with coconut.

Finally, Virgin Atlantic has announced a fresh food partnership with Full Circle Farms for its London Heathrow Clubhouse. The farm will provide a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs with small-scale, regenerative farming processes to ensure no pesticides or herbicides are used. The farm is run by community volunteers who use it as therapy, ranging from those with autism gaining their farming qualifications to veterans with PTSD prescribed farm work by their doctors. The Clubhouse will have Full Circle fresh produce integrated by July.
