Aer Lingus upgrades Business Class menus

Aer Lingus is bringing a taste of summer to its passengers with its latest culinary offerings. 

Inspired by the finest Irish cuisine and selected based on customer feedback, the airline has revamped its Business Class menu and expanded its in-flight entertainment selection.

The updated inflight dining experience features a range of  options, including skin-on thyme and parsley chicken supreme, herb-infused roasted pork, flaky pan-fried hake, and citrus-marinated salmon. For those seeking lighter or vegetarian fare, a new rich root vegetable and pearl barley stew with a seasonal salad is now available. Starters include Irish smoked salmon, saffron-poached prawns, and roast parsnip and seasonal apple soup.

Sweetening the deal, Aer Lingus has also refreshed its dessert menu, offering a choice between lemon cream mousse or a local cheese board. All dishes focus on seasonal, sustainably sourced, local ingredients, reflecting the airline's commitment to providing hearty meals worldwide.

To enhance the travel experience, Aer Lingus has expanded its in-flight entertainment library by over a third, ensuring there's something for everyone, from the latest blockbusters to timeless classics and captivating documentaries.
